Langkawi Day 3, 20 Dec 2024
Sky Cab, Sky Bridge & Sky Walk
CABLE CAR TO THE TOP OF LANGKAWI

The Sky Cab and other attractions are just beside Berjaya Resort. After breakfast, it was a 10 minute walk to Panaroma Langkawi. The attractions here are cable car, glass bridge, suspension bridge, 3D museum and others.
CLEAR SKY (VS SAPA)

The sky was bright and clear today when we reached Eagle’s Nest Skywalk. At 650 meters above sea level, this was much lower than Sapa Glass Bridge (2200 meters above sea level).

As we were walking on the SkyBridge, Jack wanted to test the resolution of the Leica Q3. So he took a photo of the family 120 meters away, and will check later in Lightroom how much he can zoom in.

Included in the bundle ticket is entry to SkyDome, SkyRex and 3D Art Langkawi.
The SkyDome is a mini 360 degree theatre with a 10 minutes animated film about Boboiboy saving the island of Langkawi from asteroids.
SkyRex is supposed to be a 3D ride “Jurassic” ride, but we were not issued 3D glasses. The ride was alright, though it was short and ended abruptly in the storyline.

We spent the most time in 3D Art Langkawi, taking wacky photos of ourselves in the different theme zones. More photos in the gallery below.
AYER HANGAT FRIDAY PASAR MALAM
This night market is the largest amongst the daily night markets in Langkawi. Grab fare from Berjaya Resort to here was RM19.57, though the ride back 2 hours later had surged to RM40.17!
