Briyani for Breakfast?

Jake wanted to try some more Briyani. We saw Restoran Nasi Kandar Subaidah near our hotel. This is a 24 hour restaurant, so we walked there this morning. But, Briyani is only ready after 11am.
I told Jake there was another Indian restaurant on the opposite side of the road which had many local diners which I saw yesterday.
So we walked over to Nasi Kandar Pelita. Indeed all the diners were local. Although they have briyani, we chose to eat roti canai instead.

Flying Home
We made sure to pad Jake’s Pikes fully with shoes and rolled up clothing to prevent any further damage to the frame.

Nasir Kandar
At check in, Jack asked about lunch option at the airport. The counter staff said he can only recommend the Nasi Kandar restaurant before immigration.

Safe Flight Home
The return flight from Penang to Singapore was uneventful.
Next Cycling Trip
Jack thinks our next trip could be a Busan to Seoul cycling trip with Jake. But Jake is not sure if he wants to do it.
Doing a multi day (maybe 5/6 days) will have logistical challenges. How many sets of clothing do we pack? How do we store the hard B&W case?
If we go by ourselves, we would have no support vehicles. CSG2MY is organising Taiwan, Japan and Korea cycling trips in 2026. But their trips typically last 8 days or more, and the distance covered is around 100km per day. That is a lot of riding!
